HDPE trenchless special pipelines are produced with high-strength PE100 grade raw materials and are specially designed for trenchless construction processes such as horizontal directional drilling, pipe jacking, and interspersed repair. They have excellent tensile resistance, shear resistance, and high stiffness characteristics, allowing them to be laid and repaired without damaging pavement, greening, and buildings.
The pipe has good flexibility, high bending and tensile strength, can easily adapt to complex underground and turning laying, and withstand long-distance traction without cracking or deformation. At the same time, it has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, smooth and small friction on the inner wall, and reliable interface sealing. It adopts hot-melt butt connection, and the joint strength is higher than that of the pipe body, which can achieve zero leakage and long life, and the service life is up to 50 years.
