HDPE double wall corrugated pipe, abbreviated as PE corrugated pipe, was first successfully developed in Germany in the early 1980s. After more than ten years of development and improvement, it has evolved from a single variety to a complete product line. The production process and usage technology are already very mature. Due to its excellent performance and relatively economical cost, it has been greatly promoted and applied in developed countries such as Europe and America.
Double wall corrugated pipe is a new type of lightweight pipe made of high-density polyethylene, which has the characteristics of light weight, high pressure resistance, good toughness, fast construction, and long service life. Its excellent pipe wall structure design greatly reduces the cost compared to other pipe structures. And due to its convenient and reliable connection, it has been widely used both domestically and internationally. Replace a large number of concrete pipes and cast iron pipes.
Corrugated structure design, high ring stiffness and strong pressure resistance
The outer wall is reinforced with corrugations and the inner wall is smooth. SN4-SN16 multi-level ring stiffness is optional. It resists overburden extrusion and ground vehicle load, and is not easy to deform and collapse when buried;
