Basic tailings transportation HDPE pipe

The tailings conveying HDPE pipe is produced with high toughness and high wear resistance grade HDPE special raw materials, specially designed for long-distance conveying of solid-liquid mixtures such as mine tailings slurry, tailings, slurry, etc. It has excellent wear resistance, pressure resistance and impact resistance. It can resist the long-term initialization of high-concentration particles and runs stably and reliably.

The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the friction resistance is small, there is no scaling, no hanging material, and it is not easy to block, which greatly improves the transportation efficiency and reduces energy consumption. The pipeline is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, geological settlement, and has good flexibility. It adapts to the complex terrain and vibration conditions of the mine. It adopts hot melt docking connection. The interface strength is high, the sealing is strong, and there is no leakage. The service life is much higher than that of traditional steel pipes.

  • Stable basic wear resistance, suitable for low concentration tailings slurry

    Using conventional HDPE raw materials, it can meet the transportation needs of fine-grained, low-concentration tailings slurry, resist conventional sediment erosion and wear, and has outstanding cost performance.

  • High toughness and impact resistance, adaptable to complex mining conditions

    The elongation at break is ≥800%, and it has excellent toughness. It can withstand the impact of tailings particles and geological vibrations, and is not prone to brittle breakage in low-temperature environments.

  • The inner wall is smooth and low-friction, and it is not easy to accumulate and block the pipe.

    The inner wall roughness is ≤0.007mm, the tailings slurry has small flow resistance, and fine particles are not easy to hang on the wall and deposit, ensuring smooth transportation.
