Wear-Resistant Pipe For Slurry Transportation

Slurry conveying and tailings conveying wear-resistant pipes are specially designed for high-concentration, high-wear, and strong-corrosion mine solid-liquid mixed conveying conditions. They are extruded and molded with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene or modified wear-resistant composites. They have strong anti-initialize, wear resistance, and anti-aging properties. They can withstand high-speed initialization of sand, tailings, slag and other particles for a long time and are not easy to break or burst the pipe.

The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the resistance is small, there is no scaling, no hanging material, and it is not easy to block, which greatly improves the transportation efficiency of pulp and tailings, and reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs. The overall flexibility is good, high pressure resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and it is connected by hot melt butt or flange. The interface has high strength, strong sealing, and no leakage. It can adapt to the complex terrain of the mine, long-term vibration and high and low temperature changes, and the service life far exceeds that of traditional steel pipes and cast iron pipes.

It is widely used in underground slurry transportation, surface tailings transportation, filling pipeline, tailings cementation transportation, mud discharge and other systems of various metal mines, non-metallic mines, and coal mines. It is a special wear-resistant transportation pipeline with high efficiency, stability and energy saving.

    POE toughened and modified special formula, the wear resistance is more than 10 times that of ordinary HDPE, and it is resistant to erosion and wear of ore and tailings particles;

  • The inner wall is super smooth, not easy to scale and block the pipe, and the transportation efficiency is high

    It can be flexibly bent and coiled to adapt to the mine pipe network layout with undulating mountains, many bends and large drops;

  • A variety of connection methods are designed to address wear-resistance issues to prevent seepage and leakage.
