HDPE reclaimed water and sewage pipes are made of PE100 high-density polyethylene and are produced by extrusion molding process. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the friction is small, the drainage is unobstructed and not easy to block, and the flow efficiency is higher than that of traditional pipes; the overall toughness is good, the anti-settlement and impact resistance, and the buried use can adapt to the deformation of the foundation and is not easy to break. The hot melt butt/electric fusion connection is adopted, the interface strength is higher than that of the pipe body, the seal is reliable, and the leakage is zero. It can effectively prevent sewage from polluting the groundwater, and the service life can reach 50 years.
It is widely used in municipal sewage pipe network, community water pipe network, industrial park sewage treatment, building drainage, rural sewage treatment and other projects, with light weight, fast construction and low comprehensive cost.
