Mine Filling Wear-Resistant Pipe

 Mine filling wear-resistant pipeline is made of high wear-resistant and high-strength HDPE special material, which is mainly used for mine tailings cementation filling, paste filling, tailings mortar transportation and other working conditions. It can withstand the initialization and extrusion of high-concentration sand and gravel particles for a long time, and the overall pressure resistance and wear resistance are outstanding.

The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the resistance is small, and there is no scaling or blocking of the pipe, which can significantly improve the filling efficiency and reduce the pumping energy consumption. The product has good flexibility, resistance to geological settlement, acid and alkali corrosion, and is not easy to crack in humid and frequent vibration underground environments. It adopts hot melt butt connection, and the interface strength is high, the seal is tight, and there is no risk of leakage.

The service life of the pipeline is much higher than that of traditional steel pipes, and it is easy to install and maintain. It is widely used in the goaf filling, tailings backfilling, and underground reinforcement systems of metal mines, non-metallic mines, and coal mines. It is an ideal transportation pipeline for safe mining and green filling in mines.

  • Ultra-high wear resistance, suitable for flushing with high-concentration filling slurry

    POE's special toughened and wear-resistant formula resists high-speed erosion of aggregates, sand, and cement. Its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of ordinary HDPE, and it is resistant to the erosion and wear of ore and tailings particles.

  • Strong and impact-resistant, resistant to impact damage of filled aggregates

    The elongation at break is ≥850%, and it has excellent toughness. It can withstand the impact of coarse-grained aggregates and high-voltage pulse impacts, and it will not be brittle or chipped in low-temperature environments.

  • The inner wall is smooth and has low resistance to prevent the filling material from adhering to the pipe and blocking the pipe.

    The inner wall roughness is ≤0.006mm, and the slurry has good fluidity and is not easy to scale on the wall, reducing the probability of pipe blockage and improving filling and conveying efficiency.

  • Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for complex working conditions of filling media

    It can withstand the corrosion of mine filling water, cementitious materials and slag media. It will not age or peel off during long-term transportation, and it can adapt to the humid environment underground.

  • Resist stress cracking and adapt to mine geological deformation

    It has excellent environmental stress cracking resistance, can cope with underground settlement, surrounding rock displacement, and pipeline stress changes, and has stable long-term operation without cracking.

    The pipe has good flexibility, and the coiled pipe can be customized according to the working conditions and can be laid in a bend. It is suitable for scenarios with many underground bends, large drops, and limited space, and reduces the use of elbow pipe fittings.
