HDPE Butt Fusion Fittings

HDPE butt-jointed hot-melt pipe fittings are suitable for municipal water supply and drainage, gas, industrial transportation and pipe network transformation, and are matched with large-diameter HDPE pipes, which can effectively solve the problems of corrosion and leakage of traditional pipes. Made of PE100 grade raw materials, it is corrosion-resistant and anti-aging. The pipe network has a service life of up to 50 years and operates stably.

The product has high toughness and deformation resistance, with an elongation at break of over 500%. It can adapt to foundation settlement and external force extrusion, eliminating the need for most anchoring structures and saving costs. Using hot-melt butt jointing technology, the pipe mouth is integrated and the strength exceeds that of the pipe body, completely eliminating the hidden dangers of leakage and shedding.

The inner wall of the pipe fittings is smooth, non-scaling, and has low water flow resistance, which effectively saves energy, reduces consumption, and reduces operation and maintenance costs. There is no diameter reduction during construction, the equipment is lightweight, and molding is fast.   • Stable temperature resistance and wide adaptability to working conditions

    It is injection molded using the new PE100 grade high-density polyethylene special raw material. It operates stably in normal and medium temperature water conditions. It can withstand conventional fluid transportation conditions of 60°C for a long time and can withstand temperature shocks of 70°C in a short time. It is suitable for general scenarios such as municipal water supply and drainage, industrial water delivery, and general hot water delivery; it complies with GB/T 13663, ISO 4427, and ASTM F2136 standards.

  • Excellent creep resistance, no deformation under long-term pressure

    The pipe fittings have excellent high-temperature creep resistance and long-term pressure-bearing performance. They are not easy to relax, deform, or crack under continuous internal pressure, normal temperature, and slightly high temperature conditions. They have strong structural stability and can meet the long-term uninterrupted transportation needs of the pipeline network and maintain pipeline shape and sealing performance for a long time; they comply with EN 12319 and ISO 9080 standards.

    The product has outstanding tensile toughness, elongation at break exceeding 500%, outstanding tensile resistance, deformation resistance, and impact resistance. It is non-brittle and cracking in a low temperature environment of -40°C. It can effectively resist uneven settlement of foundation, extrusion of covering soil, and external impact. It is suitable for low-temperature construction in severe cold areas and complex underground working conditions; it complies with GB/T 19472 and EN 1046 standards.

    It can withstand the erosion of municipal water bodies, industrial clean water, acid and alkali soil for a long time, and is resistant to salt corrosion and medium erosion. The inner and outer walls of the pipe fittings will not rust, scale, or be corroded. There will be no wall thickness attenuation or leakage problems due to medium erosion.     It is adapted to the standard HDPE hot-melt docking process and is integrally formed through end-face melting and pressure. After welding, the pipe fittings and pipes are completely homogeneous in material and structure. The interface strength is higher than that of the pipe body. It has strong pressure-bearing capacity and will not disconnect or leak under alternating hot and cold conditions or pressure fluctuations. It eliminates hidden dangers of leakage at pipe network nodes from the source; it complies with DVS 2207 and EN 12814 standards.

    The product has excellent stress relaxation performance and can disperse formation stress through trace deformation. The thermal expansion and contraction performance is highly matched with the supporting pipes, effectively offsetting the structural stress caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe network. It is suitable for mainstream laying methods such as direct burial, tube wells, and pipe corridors, greatly improving the overall stability of the pipe network; it complies with GB 50236 and ISO 10460 standards.

    The inner wall of the pipe fittings is smooth and flat, with extremely low roughness, small flow resistance, and is not easy to accumulate impurities and scale.
